How do I order from the website?

2.            Click on add to cart button

3.            Click on order now

4.            Add your contact information

5.            Click finish

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO MAKE A RUBBER STAMP?

We take the shortest time possible to prepare and dispatch an order. We strive to offer same day service to all our clients. For big orders, we commit to timelines and ensure we meet those timelines as agreed with the customer.

 

DO YOU GIVE DISCOUNTS FOR BIG ORDERS?

Yes. We give reasonable discounts for big orders. This will be discussed and agreed with the customer and will depend on the number of items ordered.

 

CAN YOU INCLUDE A LOGO OR AN IMAGE ON MY STAMP?

It is very possible to include a logo or an image in a stamp as we use state of the art laser engraving technology to manufacture our rubber stamps. We charge extra fee for this extra features. Ensure you send a picture with 400-600 dpi resolution in a PDF format when sending the stamp details.

 

DO YOU HAVE A RETURN OR  REFUND POLICY ?

Returns 
We accept returns within 14 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
 
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
 
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@smartrubberstampkenya.co.ke.
Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to SmartPress media limited Nature house, Tom Mboya street Nairobi You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
